By accessing or using the Splitaway website and application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

Splitaway provides a platform to help users track and settle shared expenses. We do not act as a financial institution, payment processor, or money transmitter. Any actual financial settlements occur off-platform directly between users.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
- Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
